Luxury home owners can list their property by themselves. An one-time-only fee and your property can be listed for unlimited time (as long as it meets our minimum requirements). One luxury property per owner. Ask for more details.
QUALITY REQUIRED MONITORED LISTINGS.
All properties listed must have a minimum quality requirements, set by Luxury Boulevard: correct descriptions and property details, at least 3 good quality pictures and price above 1 million dollars (or aprox. 700.000 €). All listings must be updated regularly or confirmed active. Listings not confirmed in 6 months get removed automatically.
Please, note that we keep the right to remove any listings that do not meet these requirements. Luxury Boulevard can also modify these requirements at any time without notice.
